Agreement to these terms

By using achieving-success.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Achieving Success LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

Use of the site

You may use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site without our permission

Purchases and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a service or subscription, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

• One-time purchases are final at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Manage Subscription page linked in your confirmation email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us via the Contact page within 14 days of purchase if you believe a refund is warranted.

Scorecards and assessments

The Podcast Authority Scorecard and Podcast Guest Authority Scorecard are self-assessment tools provided for informational and educational purposes. Results reflect your own self-reported responses and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome. They do not constitute professional consulting advice.

Consulting, coaching, and speaking engagements

Services booked or purchased through this Site are subject to the specific scope, deliverables, and terms confirmed in writing (email or signed agreement) for each engagement. These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Site itself; any separate written agreement governs the delivery of the service.

Podcast guest pitches

Submitting a guest pitch through the Site does not guarantee an appearance on the podcast. We review all pitches and will follow up if there is a good fit. Pitches are not treated as confidential - please do not include sensitive business information in your submission.

Content and intellectual property

All content on this Site - including but not limited to text, images, blog posts, podcast episodes, book samples, downloadable guides, scorecard results, and design - is owned by or licensed to Achieving Success LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (e.g., sharing a link to a blog post) is permitted.

Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including podcast platforms, Stripe, and booking tools). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.

Disclaimers

The Site and all content, downloads, and services available through it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that results described in any content, testimonial, or case study are typical or guaranteed for you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Achieving Success LLC and its owner, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Achieving Success LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Your continued use of the Site after a change is posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
