Meet Olivia Atkin

TEDx speaker, author, podcast host, and founder of Achieving Success LLC. Olivia helps entrepreneurs, experts, and leaders use podcasting to build authority, grow their brand, and create lasting impact.

Before podcasting, Olivia spent eight years with the New York Football Giants, worked at Lockheed Martin, taught at the university level, and became a published author. That blend of professional sports, corporate leadership, and higher education shaped the systems-driven, results-oriented approach she now brings to every client. She holds a Business Management degree with a Sports Studies minor and an MBA in Supply Chain Management, both from Quinnipiac University.

She approached podcasting the same way she approached every stage of her career: by learning directly from top professionals across every part of the industry before launching her own show. That podcast quickly climbed into the top 5% globally and is now heard in more than 50 countries across all seven continents. Today, Olivia has helped hundreds of people get booked as guests on top 10% most-listened-to podcasts, guided aspiring hosts from idea to launch, and helped existing shows become authority-building platforms.
